Han® S meets all technical requirements of the latest standards for stationary energy storage systems, including UL 4128. This innovative product line provides users with optimal safety for their connected units. The enclosures in the series each have space for a high-current contact of up to 200 A.

The pin contacts are mounted in a freely rotatable mounting housing that can be intuitively locked. Thanks to the color-coding in red for positive and black for negative, as well as mechanical coding, the interfaces are tamper-proof.

Han® S not only provides a solution for the direct connection of storage modules and the processing of high quantities but also allows for the construction of the control circuit (BUS system) for the battery management system. Special pin contacts, mounted in the mounting housing, are available for this purpose.

Given the special requirements of modular power storage systems for interfaces (e.g., for the cabling of lithium-ion batteries), the Han® S series offers compact connectors that do not heat up the environment, even during the transmission of high currents.

Harting Han S - for secure battery storage connections. The Han® S series combines straight mounting housings with angled "bushings" that integrate rotatable protective elements for the contacts. This combination allows for a 360-degree rotation, even when mounted. This flexibility is crucial, as storage cabinets often have limited space between the door opening and storage module for connections and cables. The result is flexible connectors with high current-carrying capacity that enable the integration of numerous storage components in a confined space.
