Han® industrial connectors with protection class IP 65 / IP 67 are the global connector standard when it comes to safe installation, quick commissioning and easy servicing of machines and systems. They are robust, flexible in use and have a long life cycle. Industrial connectors are used to transmit electrical signals, voltage, current and data. However, a combination of data and energy can also be transmitted. They have been specially developed for use in particularly harsh environmental conditions and are used to separate and connect lines and cables. Industrial connectors contain one or more electrical contacts, which are surrounded by a housing and are protected by this against typical industrial stresses such as dust, dirt, moisture, chemicals, heat, cold, vibrations, tensile loads and shocks. They are manufactured in a large number of different designs and numbers of contacts.
